These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WallyMate mobile web application ("App") operated by CoreBit Labs, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using WallyMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
WallyMate is a lake navigation and information application for Lake Wallenpaupack, Pennsylvania. The App provides maps, points of interest, weather data, GPS navigation assistance, and AI-generated recommendations for recreational boating and fishing. The App is intended as a supplemental planning and reference tool only.
WallyMate IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROPER NAUTICAL CHARTS, OFFICIAL NAVIGATIONAL AIDS, PROFESSIONAL SEAMANSHIP, OR SOUND JUDGMENT ON THE WATER.
The App's navigation features, hazard markers, depth information, and AI recommendations are provided for general informational purposes only. Water conditions, hazards, and lake features change constantly. You are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of all persons aboard your vessel. Always:
THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENT, INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER HARM ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON THE APP FOR NAVIGATION OR SAFETY DECISIONS.
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (d) submit false, misleading, or harmful content; (e) use automated systems to access the App without permission; (f) resell or commercially exploit App content without written consent.
Points of interest, business hours, dock availability, hazard locations, and other information in the App are provided by third parties and user contributions and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We make no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any information in the App. Always verify critical information independently before acting on it.
The App includes an AI assistant ("Wally") that generates recommendations based on weather, location, and lake data. AI-generated responses are informational only, may contain errors, and should not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions. The Company is not responsible for outcomes resulting from following AI recommendations.
The App may request access to your device's GPS location to provide navigation features. Location data is processed on your device and is not stored on our servers except as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disable location access at any time in your device settings, which will limit certain App functionality.
All content, design, code, and materials in the App are owned by or licensed to CoreBit Labs, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Map data is provided by Mapbox and subject to Mapbox's terms of service.
The App integrates third-party services including Mapbox (mapping), Supabase (database), and Anthropic (AI). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COREBIT LABS, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF LIFE, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoreBit Labs, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your negligence or willful misconduct on the water.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will note the effective date at the top of this document.

CoreBit Labs, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the WallyMate mobile web application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.
Location data: With your permission, the App accesses your device's GPS location to provide navigation and distance features. Your live location is processed on your device and is not continuously transmitted to or stored on our servers. Location data used in AI queries is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your response and is not retained.
Saved spots: Locations you save are stored in our database associated with your account.
Usage data: We may collect anonymized information about how the App is used (e.g., features accessed, general session data) to improve the service. This data does not identify you personally.
Communications: If you contact us, we retain that correspondence.
We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the App; (b) authenticate your account; (c) sync your saved spots across devices; (d) respond to support requests; (e) send important service updates (not marketing without consent); (f) comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
We retain your account information and saved spots for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile menu, which permanently deletes your data. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and secure authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.
You may: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and associated data; opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at corebitlabsllc@gmail.com or use the account deletion feature in the App.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to deletion, and the right to non-discrimination. We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
